THE GRANARY - THE SITE
Formerly the detached granary of Old Farm this has been converted recently into a comfortable 2 bedroomed cottage.It has a private garden, with striking flower shrubbed hedging, walled BBQ area and its own side entrance off the start of the coastal forest path which leads down to Brehec.This is only used by local people and a few horses! The house is reached by a quiet lane which is a large and deep loop off the old coast road.There is no passing traffic to the fron tor the back of the house and only 5 or so cars pass in the lane per day!There are views over the coastal forest and the house is south facing and in sun from dawn to dusk. The cottage is offset and parallel to the Old farm and there is minimal, if any, chance of being overlooked!Next to the Granary is the Creche which is a store facility only with the Old Farm's washing machine.The trellised fence just visible gives good privacy and is gated.
LOCAL DELIGHTS! BEAUTIFUL GOELO COAST Only 5 mins drive away or 25 mins 2.5 k forest path away is pretty Brehec Harbour and lovely sandy beaches. There is the delightful Chez Tonton retaurant and more! There is so much to see : scores of headland and cliff walks; the highest cliffs in Brittany; the medieval stave port at Gwin Zegal;the unspoilt Plage Bonaparte plus some very chic but simple resorts and ports at St Quay and Binic.All are within 10/15mins drive or are walkable via the GR34 coast path. In 8 mins relax on Paimpol Port or in its Latin Quarter!
